Cold Stone Creamery

I went here about an hour before close so it was just a couple of workers starting to close down, but the customer service was amazing. Kobe (or colby, but I’m almost positive his name was Kobe) was so nice and was able to talk while also doing his job. Great human being and if he is the one making your ice cream, it will be delicious!! My ice cream was amazing, but when is it not at cold stone?!

The employees were kind and friendly. One of them was clearly new and still learning the ropes, but he did his job well, and his coworker was very patient and helpful.nnThe facility is nice and in a decent location

We are planning on picking up a Mario Birthday Cake we are Sooo excited!! The customer service Manager is amazing! Thank you see you in the morning!!

Great ice cream. The no sugar added vanilla is as good as any of them with less carbs. Waffle cones here are also fresh.

No stars if I could!nThey closed an hour extra early and right when I walked in a worker sweeping yelled we’re closed. Again good ice cream terrible service!(zero stars)
