Consulate of Mexico

I cannot thank the staff of the consulate offices enough! Mrs. Alicia Mejía, Executive Assistant to the consul in particular, who went out of her way to help my husband and son get a Mexican passport issued so my little kid would not be stranded in the US on their way back. Her sense of urgency and care are what citizens definitely needed the most and expect from public officials through these hard pandemic times. Muchas gracias a todo el staff de Consulmex Philly!

Really bad service I have a really bad experience my appointment was at 9:00 they make me wait outside for like 30 minutes and another 15 minutes inside because they're were setting the system which is not right ud83eudd14 if you have an appointment at 9 not at 10:00 so really waiting an hour because they drinking theirs coffee that's no righ
