Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Massage was very good - masseuse was excellent (good hard pressure); however I feel I was cut short (parts of my body were not massaged - neck and front upper chest area). I arrived at 4:53 pm (appt 5pm); waited in my car for call; call came at 5:06; by the time I got to the room and masseuse started - it was 5:15 pm. Plus I upgraded with the foot treatment, which I thought added 10 extra minutes. The massage ended at 5:58 pm. I thought the massage itself was 50 minutes, plus additional time for the upgrade (which is why I paid more for the upgrade) ... It was explained to me that 5-10 minutes prep time is included in the 50 minutes - which means it is 40 minutes of actual massage time; in addition, she further explained that the add-on is also included in the 50 min (that makes no sense)... If this is your company policy - $95 for 45 minutes is steep. Good thing I had a gift card or else I'd be really upset. Quite disappointed.

When calling to make or change appointments the staff is is very friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff is very professional and warm, always smiling. I have never waited for more than 5 minutes for services. The atmosphere is calm and the transition from waiting room to massage/facial room is pleasant and efficient. I have had many massage therapists and estheticians and every one has been 5 Star ⭐ufe0f ⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f

I wasn't a fan of Hand & Stone untill I came to this location. Tiara does the best massages & Carolyn gave me the best facial ever!! Thank you!

My massages at Voorhees, NJ Hand and Stone are very good. The spa is always clean and inviting.nnTheir services definitely supplies a need. The benefit for me is both physical and mental which also feeds my emotional wellness. I cannot wait until they open!

Dina was and is the absolute best. She is my go to. She knows her stuff and is very through and professional. Alina was very sweet and professional at the front desk and while explaining how things work now. This is my go to H&S location!
