When I went in. There was a gentlemen at the counter. His name was Joseph. He was very professional and friendly. The process was quick and painless. Very well spoken and clear. Thrilled with my new unit. Couldn't be any happier. I gave it 5 out of 5 stars. I have been to a lot of places kudos to this one.
I come here first when i need storage. I been a customer here many times. Joe told me the truck rental is free now and i needed it that day and that is a great selling point. It is always clean on the property. Tom and Joe are very nice and talk to you like a person and not a unit number like their competition does. If you need storage ask for Tom and Joe.
Allowed me to store my disabled vehicle towed there (inside) as opposed to other places. Great customer service and reasonable prices.nAs a further update, this location continues to excel from the manager Joe's handling. Very recommended.
I was ver pleased with my experience today renting my storage unit. Tom is the gentleman I worked with and he was excellent. Explained everything perfectly. Very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you for your help and time. I would definitely recommend this facility.
I believe Blackwood Life Storage has one of the best pricing options in the area. Always had a great communications with all of the managers and staff members. Easy access. Highly recommended!
