Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Nice facility, professional, but was late. My massage didn’t start until around 2:30 and my appointment was at 2:00pm I didn’t get called back to the room until 2:15pm. The massage was good for the short period I will go back to hand and stone but not this building specifically.

I was a walk in cm due to the outside ad. I was lucky to get a massage the same day. Good parking lot, front staff don't provide info about their membership or options not in service due to covid 19 until you provide your selection. My MT Ashley was good.

This experience was great. Myself and my future daughter in law came together. Pre-stress relaxation. It worked. Josh and Ashley were great. We will be back. Thank you.

I was at the Columbus Blvd location recently, excited to get back to getting my regular massages, but also slightly worried about being in such close quarters with the public so soon. My arrival was great, the staff had on masks, there were shields blocking us, and my temperature was taken. But things quickly went down hill when a woman with no visible health conditions came into the spa and refused to wear a mask. There was a lot of back and forth talk with her and an employee which made me pay attention. They didn’t make her wear a mask and she was sitting feet away from myself and the staff. A woman came out to speak to her with NO mask on at all, I later found out that she was the owner. The owner tells the woman that there is no problem at all that she didn’t wear a mask. I immediately felt uncomfortable and I could witness others did too. I spent my whole service feeling uneasy about the situation and I didn’t feel safe returning home to my family. Not sure I’ll be coming back or continuing my membership.

My experience and service was great. Very professional and the place was clean. They all followed Covid 19 procedures.nSherita was great and very professional. She double checked to make sure of what I needed more attention too. See you soon and Thank you allud83dude42
