First time there and it was great...The Staff was very friendly and the shop was clean. Used the infrared sauna, was my first time ever using one. Staff explained everything to us...I have told everyone about this place, and will be back.

Natural Beauty Skincare Studio has a clean, fresh look and very relaxing environment. The moment I walked in, Andie greeted me with a smile and made me feel so comfortable. It was my first time getting a lash lift and my experience was exceptional. Andie was very professional, friendly and kind. I really enjoyed the experience and I’m absolutely in love with my lashes. I can’t wait to go back!!!

I ordered a statement necklace set weeks ago. I have not received it. I have called and left two messages over the last couple of weeks with no response. Do not order anything online!!nnUPDATE: Still no necklace set months after I ordered it. I am convinced it’s a scam or extremely incompetent business owners. I am reporting to the BBB tomorrow that they have stolen my money.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! I made an appointment with Angie for an eyelash lift/eye tint more than 24 hours in advance. I even received a confirmation email the day of my appointment. After reading their ‘respect’ policy I made sure I got a babysitter for my kids. I went to their salon for my appointment and NO one showed up. I tried calling, and NO one answered. Also, mail box was full so I couldn’t even leave a message. After 40 min of waiting PAST my appointment time I drove home and paid my babysitter $40 for NOTHING! Since no one answered the phones I attempted to email them, yep, still 2 days and NO apology and NO response. This place is completely unprofessional. I’ve never wrote a bad review in my life, but, honestly, avoid the frustration. Go someplace that at least has the decency to own up to their mistakes!!
