Poor customer service and communication. Scheduling an appointment is almost impossible. I had one scheduled. Then I got a TEXT the morning of saying they needed to cancel because the person felt sick but they would call the next day to reschedule. No name was given. 2 days later, still no call. I texted the number back and they said the reason they didn't call was because they were still sick. They called a few hours later and I was in a meeting and couldn't answer. Called back as soon as I could and I left a message. Sent another text. Called again. Here we are, a week later and still no rescheduled appointment. It's like they don't want new customers. They also respond very negatively to any criticism or poor reviews which shows their lack of professionalism. Check out their responses to their groupon reviews, blaming the customer's athlete's feet, bad energy, or bad day on the customer instead of apologizing for poor service. Can't wait to see what they say about this one.
