Beyond Self Storage

I used Beyond Storage to store some boxes for a move. Due to time constraints, I needed a unit quickly and Ashley was able to accommodate us the same day. She provided quick and friendly service, walked us through the unit and made sure we had everything we needed. The storage unit and the main office are very clean as well. They have a sanitizing station for the carts, a large loading bay, elevator and easy access to the storage units. I would highly recommend Beyond Storage for your storage needs.

I went to get a storage unit at this new location in south philly, and Ashley was awesome in helping me find a unit with the best deal.nnPlease go there if you need storage space.. it’s a new location so it’s very clean and spacious . The staff is awesome!!nnOf note .. If your a health care worker you get a monthly discount for one year.

I was recently researching storage places all around my area and even as far away as a 15 mile radius. I spoke with employee after employee at business after business... and found nothing that met my needs. I was just ready to give up when i saw beyond self storage and noticed not only was their grand opening the very next day but they were located 2 short blocks from my home. I gave them a call and had the pleasure of speaking with Ashley who was so great to me and was happy to answer all my questions and accommodate all my needs. I went there the next day and was blown away when i saw this huge brand new gorgeous building. I went in and immediately was greeted by a staff with all smiles. Ashley happened to be right there and remembered talking to me so she got right up and took me for a tour of the building and all the units. She went thru all the sizes, locations, and prices with me until i found the one that was the perfect fit for me. Once i chose my unit we went to do the paperwork and within ten minutes i was all set. She showed me how to access the garage doors and before i knew it i was moving my stuff into my unit. I was able to pull my truck inside the building, use the carts provided for me that were so nice and made my move easy breezy! The building is so clean and fresh it even smells great. I couldn’t be happier with every step of my experience with Beyond Self Storage. I will recommend them to everyone! 5 stars for sure!!! And thanks so much again Ashley for being so great!!

Ashley was so helpful in navigating renting my first storage space. She went over all the information I needed and answered any questions that I had. I definitively recommend Beyond Storage and going in to see Ashley.

Ashley was great to deal with, went over all the details, gave a tour, and was overall very helpful. Place is brand new and clean. Prices are affordable and hoping they continue to stay that way.
