RAILPORT SERVICES INC PHILLY TERMINAL

I currently work at railport great company to pull for. They keep it real with the drivers no bs no favoritism. Mrs.Nelson is a joy to work with, she checks in with all the drivers and make sure we like the loads we run. Mr. Nelson hard worker he goes out get new accounts no low ball on rates...He really appreciate the drivers and will help you out if you having problems with your truck, he'll cut the check and won't even ask for the funds back Great guy!!! And he pays 100% of tolls!!! It's family run company and they make u feel like family. We laugh and joke but we run hard I would recommend this company to local o/o that wanna make good money and get home everyday and get treated with respect. Trk#102277

Very very bad company. They will take your escrow money if you leave on bad terms. They say they pay for tolls but when you leave them whatever your toll bill was they will take from your escrow. They also will give you loads without bills which is illegal and when you ask for paperwork they give you a company made load sheet that's has no weight or description of commodity on it. The guy Doug will say to you we are business partners but in the same breath say he dont like the word NO. He also will say that you will have to take some bad loads which makes no sense because drivers are there to make money not take sacrifices for hims. The only good thing about that place is the dispatcher she was always nice and never give the drivers problems but when something goes wrong Doug always puts the blame on her. Avoid this place at all cost if not you will experience everything I said with in the your first week. I wish I could give this company a negative 30 but Googles rating system wont allow it. And not to mention they have no work Doug will tell you I can get more work I just need more drivers but that will never happen because of everything I just mentioned. On occasion I received 900 dollar checks as a owner operator which is horrible to say the least. And if you still want to work for this guy please be sure to read over the contract very carefully because its alot of things in there that makes you responsible for alot of thing that he should be.

This guy Steve Rouges must of been there when I was there. He hit the nail on the head it's sad to say but I agree with everything he said.
