Delivered here twice so far. First time trucking GPS took us through town which was difficult. Easiest way in is from south is 95 north to 295 north Delaware Memorial Bridge then to NJ turnpike (40 east) exit 3. I got here at 210 am, guys overnight are nice. Got me in and started unloading. Make sure you use the heller road entrance otherwise you'll need to blindside back if you drive in using Hall st entrance.
Awful experience with this location. I had scheduled a delivery and it was delayed for 2 days with no reason or explanation. Very unprofessional staff that accepts no accountability. Would give 0 stars if it was possible.
I reached here at night on 9th july around 11pm and my appointment was next day 8am morning. Two guys almost done their shift but they offloaded my trailer and both were so nice. Thanks to two guys.
This company is the worst crooks I've ever dealt with.nThey delivered a damaged package and when I said I'm not accepting it they promised they will pick it up, they just need it off the truck for the other stops. But after, they admitted that they lied just so the driver could leave and now they wont take responsibility!!
Ordered a shed from home depot. Estimated to be delivered april 20. Someone called me on april 20th saying that they will be delivering on april 21 from 8am to 2pm. Woke up at 7 or so to wait for the delivery person to knock on my door for delivery. About 9am i check my camera to see if anyone have came by. Little did i know i seen my shed on the front on the curb. I checked the time the driver came. 6am. And looked to be rushed to avoid being in contact with the customer and putting in the back of the house. I will never use this company again and if ordering from home depot again i will tell then not to use you for my delivery. Horrible customer service. No way possible i could move that to the back by mysel . So i had to break open the box and move eveeything individually to the back while being rainied on. If i could give negative 5 stars i would.
