I hired this company but never got to use them because they never showed up to move my belongings despite having constant contact with them throughout the day. They waited until after 4:30pm to say they weren’t going to be able to make it because they are short staffed. They were also supposed to store my belongings for a couple of days until I closed on my new house. I ended up renting two u-hauls and hiring Small Moves, LLC. We had to move my entire house late at night in the winter as closing was the next morning. Don’t waste your time or sanity with All My Sons.nnOn a positive note, they did refund my money without hassle.

The fellas were exceedingly helpful.nA prime example and great representation of the company. If all employees had the same work ethic and teamwork as Kevin, Rob, Rilwane (London) and Jon, I would hire them for any type of assistance needed. The four-men were professional, friendly, and fully efficient.nnThanks again Professor Kevin.

I was not very happy with their service. All of the financial details were not shared with me upfront when I contact this company. My bill was well over $1000.00 and they only moved the heavy furniture. The movers came at an unexpected time. The lead mover was very unprofessional and appeared to not know what to do. The movers took off (3) legs from the bottom of my couch to get it out the apartment door and never brought them back. Now my couch is flush to the floor and to low. We have spoken to the company on 4 different occasions to locate the legs to the couch and have never received a callback or status. I had to file a claim for their negligence and do not feel confident that they will find or compensate for the couch legs. I would not recommend this moving company at all.

Unprofessional staff, treating customers bad, came 6 hours late, asking for more money in a bad way without giving value, losing time on purpose to count more labor hour, they refused to pick up big items and refused to de-asseble it.nTheir operation manager ignored my complaint, he was trying to count more hours and bill me $150 more. Although his team was unprofessional and they caused several problems. They didnt get the job done at the end and it was one of the worst experience I passed through, never recommend you dealing wit this company.

The worst moving company ever! I recently scheduled a move with them. Chris, the owner, lied about pricing and demanded 3 times what he had originally said. They locked up all furniture in their truck and demanded payment or else they wouldn’t release the items. And Chris said, the longer I waited to pay him, the more hours I would have to pay him. The crew was 3 hours late. On top of all this, in the middle of a pandemic, he sent me a sick worker who was sleeping in the truck most of the day. When I asked Chris of his worker had COVID 19, since I had been in contact with him, Chris said: “do I look like a doctor? How should I know. Hey, we’re in a Pandemic so who knows!” And he still charged me for that worker! Finally, his crew refused to finish the job unless I tipped them. These people are real crooks. Steer clear of them!
