I've see some sorry reviews of Saia on a different site. I think they must have been written by the competition because my experience was nothing but excellent. I was able to watch the progress of my shipment (zero turn tractor) from pick-up through appointment on my phone. They were on time and the driver could not have been nicer. The tractor was delivered in perfect condition. 5 stars!!
Was on hold forever, but the delivery was on time. Quality service. Polite and friendly driver (Javier).

Clean, professional .. Everyone was super helpful & friendly ... The Terminal Manager there was so knowledgeable, helpful .. Proud of his service & people and he was friendly & funny .. A real pleasure, excellent representation of the company!
I had a 9k lift, tire machine and balancer delivered to my house. The driver managed to unload these by himself which I'm not sure how he did it without a forklift. Most companies would have said no to delivering. All while he did this he had conversation,smiled, and wished us well in our new adventure. Our first experience was awesome with this company.
