The gentleman that moved us were remarkable. Each and everyone of them took Great pride in wrapping, taking apart, and assembly of our future. Our furniture was stored by Twin Oaks for 4 days and was delivered by the same crew that moved us out. Again the gentleman took their time to unwrap, assemble, and place each and every item in its proper room. I Highly recommend Twon Oaks for anyone looking for a moving company. I must add each and everyone of the movers we had were professional, polite, and courteous, along with they all followed Corona protocol!
I was very disappointed with their service. They broke furniture, and didn’t assemble some things. My mattress came with a hole in it. They won’t respond to any of my complaints. I wouldn’t recommend their service.
He low balls the price and then the movers tell you what they can’t do.
Based upon their lack of driving skills & failure to abide the laws on the road I’d be very cautious hiring this company to transport your furnishings!
My friend Bruce Burin moved from NJ to NC. Oaks was excellent from beginning to end. The driver Oley was outstanding! Very professional and went out of his way to make sure everything was done to top notch standard. I would recommend this company to anyone.
