This Music store is simply the BEST!!! I was not familiar with this part of the City, so, Richard, the VERY nice employee there, actually personally delivered my new Harmonica TO me, (I called/couldn't locate the store) WOW! WHO does that anymore?! Thank You Richard, you ROCK!!! My new music store of choice... 4 SURE !!!
This place has gone way down hill. I used to be able to find replacement parts for whatever I needed and now I can barely get any service.nAfter years of buying so much from Guitar Centers nation wide. I must sadly say I will not spend another dime in there. Not even for a pick. The new generation of ungrateful, disrespectful snot nosed children that work there will be the end of this place.nDon't forget your mask slaves
Very professional, clean, work. Tech was able to install an odd sized garage door for my business which required building a frame drilled into concrete. It is very sturdy and works smooth as butter. Highly recommended Portland Music Company - Oak Grove.
Went into the store a few days ago and tried out some telecasters. The employee was super helpful and didn’t pressure me into buying a guitar on the spot like some stores will try to do. Also, sorry I didn’t give back the pick you let me borrow.
Super helpful folks there. Took in an old guitar that's been kicking around the garage to be tuned up, so I can finally learn, and no shame given on the piece of poo that it was. Just encouraged the journey.
