Whoever owns the business needs to promote nick and or give him a raise, this dude is just through the roof with knowledge and excellent customer service skills. This store has always had my back since I’ve moved here. Love the new manager Connor too!
Had a problem regarding my phone, being VoLTE capable Called Tony, since he helped me with my purchase. He was going to check it out, and get back to me. Seems TMobile is requiring all phones be VoLTE capable by 2021. If it is not, may not work on network. Didn't hear from him. Called store. He had moved on. Never did get problem resolved.
Stayed open to help me! So appreciated!
