Well...first thing was a system issue....which they couldn't help. But when I went back to finish my transaction, they added services that I did not request, put a FLIP phone (basic 4g lte device) on an UNLIMITED 5G plan. Made promises about the flip phone that they couldn't back up. Ended up costing me $55 to return a $62 phone...of course that restocking fee wasn't mentioned. After 5 phone calls to customer service, 2 other store managers, and another $66, I was able to get a second device that would work for my needs.

Andre the store manager and Ivaan were amazing! Made my switch from Verizon no head ache what’s so ever. Andre was very friendly, and made sure I was taken cared of and Ivaan was so knowledgeable and help me pick out the perfect phone for me!nnThis is my number one store!

Such a poor experience in this store. Unfortunately, I can't give a 0 star review. Cannot recommend enough to go to the corporate store at the bottom of the hill over this joke of a store. After working for At&t for years and still staying in the mobile industry managing multiple locations, it was a real shame to witness the service provided. The bottom of the hill At&t store might be a little more sales pushy, but you at least know what you are getting when you walk out the door, and not having a shady employee add insurance onto both lines on your account without your knowledge just to hit a feature revenue score, and when you bring it up to the manager, he doesn't bat an eye.

I will NEVER recommend going to this store !!nHad placed an online order with AT&T for store pickup to get the new Samsung note 20 ultra. The confirmation mail clearly stated that either account owner or Authorised user can collect the phone. But when my authorised user had gone to this AT&T store at Molalla avenue, they did NOT give him the phone even though AT&T customer care has confirmed that my account is in good standing. They claim that too many changes were made to my account which is absolute nonsense because no such changes were made. Moreover AT&T customer care has confirmed the same as well. Yet they refused to give the phone to the authorised user. They want the account owner to come in person to collect the phone !! .. I have made such purchases in the past, but I don't know why the AT&T store at MOLALLA Avenue has issues with my account. Thanks to this store, my account is in a mess now because they have activated the new phone due to which installment plan has kicked in, and one time charges such as upgrade fees have been levied, my current SIM card got deactivated as a result, and yet I don’t have the new phone with me !!!! .. It’s an absolute nightmare !! .. Donno for how many hours I now have to be on the customer service call with AT&T to get everything fixed !! ud83eudd26‍♂ufe0fud83eudd26‍♂ufe0f.. Like I said before, I will NEVER recommend this store !!
