I purchased a Groupon for facial and massage when I called to book the appointment I was told that they are not doing facials and that I need to call Groupon to get my money back I asked the lady why do they have it posted on Groupon for facials if they’re not doing facials she said she doesn’t know and hung up on me! The manager did not apologize, she was very rude and unprofessional. Also they did not Sanitize anything in the “Spa”. No temperature check and it smelled like trash
