It was a seamless social distancing transaction! Only one person at a time was allowed since the office is small and you'll need to have patience, my wait time in line *outside* was 38 minutes on a Sunday and there were ppl behind me. The truck was not cleaned, it needed to be swept, a lot of debris and they didn't wipe seatbelts, steering wheel or dash down. Everything was sticky, grimy feeling but I was prepared. The employee was very nice and helpful, he explained everything. Easy!
UHaul is my number 1 choice for service. They have never let me down. Pricing is reasonable and their service has always been fast and painless. I recommend this location without hesitation.
Had to rent a truck for our move in May. I was told that I could pick it up in Burlington, but come to find out 24 hours before my scheduled pick up that I need to travel over an hour to Sewell to pick it up. They blamed it on Covid and college kids moving back earlier than expected. What horrible algorithms of where the Trucks will be returned. Same bs excuse happened when I helped my family move out of Manhattan. It’s a stressful time and we wasted at least 2.5 hours at 2 different stores before we got anTruck.
Great service and helpful advice and all the supplies you need. If I am ever in Burlington. N.J. I will only use the U-haul of Burlington. Thanks again to the Manager and the staff. The best customer service ever.
The reservation department is horrible. Information is not given on the phone when scheduling. When you get to the site they are telling you something diffrent. Home depot is my go to from now on.
