Working with Kevin at this location was easy. I rented 2 separate units . The day I rented these units the uhaul computer kept going down and the process was very difficult. Kevin worked through the issues and remained very professional. I would recommend this facility not only for storage needs Kevin also assisted us with the truck rental outstanding customer service.

I needed a climate controlled unit to store items. Kevin proved to be extremely helpful in showing me the different units and in helping me get the truck I needed to complete the task. I highly recommend U-haul of Florence for courtesy and professionalism.

What a wonderful experience. Rented two trucks across two days and these guys were so prompt and polite. Everything was exactly as I ordered online and I was in and out in no time. The gentlemen who were here were just so pleasant it really wowed me.

I called Uhaul direct they recommended and booked a storage unit at this location. I asked if a 10’ (10 FOOT) truck would fit in that unit. They said yes when I arrive with my truck and belongings, not only I found that the storage unit is too small for all of my things but I found a dead rat inside the unit. I had ordered helping movers and all of this was just a waste of time. I asked many times would this unit fit all of my belongings in my truck and they always replied yes. Also, the unit was not convenient to offload my belongings. It was down a corridor/hallway inside past 2-3 doors, not an easy offload like I expected to be. I also found that not only one door window to the storage unit was smashed Like someone was trying to break-in, but it was really hard to open and all the other doors we're the same unable to open like a normal door. You had to push or yank the door with force to open.
