I would highly recommend the storage facility. It is clean and easily accessible and the customer service is above and beyond. Change the time and then help me was extremely professional knowledgeable and compassionate. I’m going through a rough situation and Talk to his ear off And he continued To be professional and keep a smile. I would recommend this place based on the customer service alone. It was nice to do business with someone who truly cares about their job and their customers.
Absolutely the BEST ever! I don’t know the reps name (I think her name starts with an ‘A’. I do remember her mentioning she’s Spanish). Anyway, she’s very knowledgeable, friendly, FUNNY and helpful. Made some suggestions to help me regarding sizing. I’d recommend this facility. And keep that rep in the office! She’s an asset.
Been doing business with this storage facility for a few years now. The staff has always been incredibly polite and respectful whether I called the corporate phone number, the office directly or walked in. It doesn't even matter what time. They always give the most thorough information and make sure you understand.nnThe establishment is always clean when I go and if there is any type of issue, they try to make sure to let you know in advance. (They called me to let me know they would be waxing the floor in the hallway of my unit!). I had a storage unit with a leading competitor and didn't have service like that!!nnExtra Space will have my business (as well as my recommendation) for any storage needs in the future!
I enjoyed my experience at this facility on Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA from the moment that I spoke with James, the Mgr. until I reported to this well- maintained site to see my unit. James is a courteous and kind professional. My unit is very clean, as well as the facility, and the prices are great. I am a satisfied customer and grateful!
