Stopped in to look at used forklifts and there was not a Salesman there. The guy working the phones tried to help me but failed. A salesman called me back a half hour later after I already left and Believe It or Not didn't know any of the specs about the one forklift he was focusing on at my price point. I told him to call me back when he knows more about the lift and other lifts.
Thank you for your continued dependability and professionalism. You have saved us many times and we appreciate it. Every tech that has been sent over the years has been polite, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company!
With all of the complex choices available for material handling it is wonderful to have a company that is focused on addressing exactly what is available to meet those needs. their staff is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. We are very pleased with the purchase of our used Lift Truck. Carlyn was very friendly and worked hard to find us what we were looking for at a price we could afford. Prior to delivery, they took the time to detail it for us. I highly recommend DVLT.
