Had to clean my own rental van before using it (was covered in dried up dirt on the floor). They overcharged me 20 miles and was incorrect about the gas marker indicator when I returned it. I was told I was going to get a discount (due to them having switch the original van I was going to take due to it being in-service and the filth), and never got it.nWill never recommend. Only got 2 stars because I got to move in one trip.

Everything about the truck and the rental was fine. The person checking me in and out was not wearing a mask. I think that's important and I won't be returning.

I do not review business usually. However... I booked a truck online 2 days prior picking up with mobile app. I showed up at the scheduled time at 10am and the truck was not ready. It's 10.35am now and I'm still in the line that didn't move at all in 35 minutes I've been waiting. Most efficient and convenient mobile check in and pick up ever!

This is based off my awesome experience with Lisa. Lisa was extremely helpful when I was buying moving boxes... even helping me bring them out and loading them into my car (on a very cold day). She was friendly and personable as soon as I walked in the door.

The staff, notably, Russell, was extremely professional and informative, making a typically stressful experience of moving, a lot better!
