From the moment I walked in to get information about renting a unit until the day I called to say I no longer need it, Glen and the staff have been extremely helpful. You made a personal, stressful time in my life where I had to decide the best place to keep my personal belongings and memories safe and secure into a stress free smooth transition. I was even given a ‘longer rope’ to pull the door up and down easier for me since I’m short (5 ft tall) ud83dude0a. Thank you for all that you do!

They refused to let me use the bathroom. I am disabled and suffer from Crohns Disease. I informed them of this and they still refused to let me use the bathroom. I'm a paying customer. They are not very friendly or understanding of disabled people. Discrimination against a disabled person is just nasty. They told me to go somewhere else. Don't expect any disability accommodations from this awful place.
Glen & Antonio provided outstanding customer service. Glen gave me a warm welcome from the door! They were both professional and pleasant.
