Best company and very good people..5 star
I have been offered a $240,000 contract. They asked me to drive on per mile basis for a few weeks. I agreed. During this time, my dispatch Lisa forced me to text while I was driving and she demanded copy of BOLs that I already sent to accounting. Sending additional copies was not my duty as a driver. At my fist week my new tablet started showing false driving hours in areas with good connection. Then they requested to switch to paper logs. By doing paper logs and wasting time, I was able to drive only 300 - 400 miles per day saving their new equipment. I asked many times when I can earn promised $5000 + per week revenue, no one was able to tell me the date. No one showed me my rate confirmations as per CFR 376.12(g). They also inform you later that they deduct for IFTA $400 per week once you ask about owner operator pay processing. In sum, things are getting switched once you arrive to orientation and start driving. Be very careful and report all safety violations and misrepresentations to authorities.
