I have asked all of the vendors I do business with not to shop with this company. The people at this terminal were fine on this visit and it’s unfortunate that I have to write this but as a corporate entity, yrc is the worst trucking company I’ve dealt with on MULTIPLE occasions. Charging extra money for an “inside delivery” without notification at the time was the final straw. All these trucking companies have you captive and none are real great, but this is the one I go out of my way to avoid when possible.
Awesome service, friendly people.
My shipment from Home Depot using this shipping company arrived 3 weeks late. Don't bother checking tracking, it changes everyday adding a day to your estimated arrival.
