Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

The reason for this low rating is management at this location my aesthetician Diana was fantastic and I rate her a 10 out of 10 !!nnI booked 2 facial for me and my friend. When we arrived they did not have our appointment in the system. No biggie. Things happen. The girl on the phone, Samantha was very accommodating and told us that she would make one of our services complementary. No charge !! I was thrilled. On my membership plan I had a surplus of 9 services to use. After our spa treatments were over, checking out, Samantha subtracted two of the leaving me with seven. The promise of a free service was ... an empty one.

I love this location! Girls at front desk are absolutely awesome! And the rest of the staff is just amazing. Very professional and patience. 100% recommend.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CORPORATE OFFICE ARE HORRENDOUS!!! Do not sign up for a membership. You will be treated like garbage. I've been charged twice. I've had my appointment cancelled by them twice without any notice and they've offered nothing. They booked me an appointment without my knowledge with a therapist I never used before and when I called to question, they told me I would have been charged either way. She was awful. When I tried to contact them, no one called me or emailed me. I just tried to cancel my membership and I'M GOING TO BE CHARGED AGAIN!!!! I called corporate and left a message. A woman called me back and was extremely rude. I can see where their horrible customer service comes from.

I tried a reflexology massage for the first time because after having cancer I was left with lymphedema I read massage therapy and other therapies would help with the pain . I will admit I thought that the service was going to cost $65 but that's only if you are a member. Ended up costing me $120 total and the first night I honestly thought I had made a huge mistake, lol, because i was walking into walls because my legs hurt so bad. The next morning I couldn't walk but few hours later the swelling and pain subsided completely on my legs for a good week which is longer than I've ever been pain free since the cancer. I highly recommend this place to others but just know its going to cost but worth it

I am so glad that I found Heather S. for massage work because she is awesome! I have had a few Hand & Stone memberships over the years with a variety of locations, and I enjoy this location. The front desk team is always courteous and helpful and the lobby and rooms are always clean. I look forward to every appointment and leave very relaxed and with less tension.
