Two Men and a Truck

This was by far the worst experience we have ever had!!!!!!! The day of our move, the movers showed up over 5 hours late. 5 HOURS! If I could give a zero star I would.nnWe waited all day long for them to show up and then the 2 1/2 hour move that we were quoted took over 5 hours!nWe were charged over double what we were quoted and no one cared that we were charged double or that the movers showed up 5 hours late.nThe best part is that I told the the woman who gave me the quote EXACTLY what was going to be moved and somehow the move too twice as long as it was supposed to?nMy husband and I also moved all of our furniture and boxes to the lower level of our house and into the garage so all the movers had to do was basically load the truck!nnWe also ended up helping with the move! We were so exhausted and it was getting later and later that we just started helping so that we could be done and get our son sooner. We did not pick our son up until 10:30 that night. I am so disgusted and disappointed that this company did NOTHING to fix the situation. We were over charged AND we ended up helping the movers move our things!nnThe icing on the cake is that they damaged every piece of furniture we have taken out of our storage unit and have done nothing to make it right. They had a guy come out to fix our sons furniture that was damaged but refuse to answer me regarding all of the other damage to the other pieces of furniture. It’s been 3 months since our move snd crickets.

We were extremely satisfied with our move. We used this company (although I now closed location) for our move in 2004 and in 2020. The website and the office staff made it easy to book our move and get an accurate estimate. They keep it simple. The movers or courteous and careful with our belongings. they even moved some furniture that we were selling from our upper floor to the first floor of the home where were leaving for us. Highly recommended. And as a real estate agent I will be referring this company to my clients.

A great experience from start to finish. From Susan in the office explaining everything in detail to the movers Anthony, Mervin and Chris who were extremely friendly and polite and did the job quicker then esimated which saved me some money. Yet with their speed they didn't sacrifice carefulness and some of the furniture was heavy and awkward. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a mover. Hopefully I won't need to move again but if I do they have the job

I have used this company several times I always give them a great review sorry to say this time I can’t sayvthe same. I called to use themnFor my 4th move. I explain to her that I am a repeat customer and I needed somebody to assist with moving same day she said she would give me a call back in 15 minutes she never called me back left me sitting there waiting I finally called back and asked if there was availability she then said to me I can’t help you and just stayed on the phone which if you were not able to help me that’s understandable but maybe since I am repeat customer she should’ve at least gave me a call back rather than letting me sit there and wait I thought that was very poor customer service on her part especially me being a repeat customer or any customer at all. When I asked her if she ever was going to call me back she said I can’t help u .. so Disappointing.. I called another company who got right on everything and Where is very responsive that’s all I wanted .. Thanks to whoever you have working in your office you just lost a repeat customer and everyone else I ever recommended..

The biggest SHAM going- They estimated we'd fit into 1 truck for an out of state move- day of the move- we did not fit- they had THEIR MOVERS take pictures of everything that was left and provide another quote for a second truck the next day. They showed up the next day an hour later than estimated and before even loading the stuff- said they didn't think they'd fit (they must train all their movers to say this). Needless to say- they fit everything with plenty of room. However a week later, only delivered half my stuff. NOW they are saying it is ADDITIONAL money to get the rest of my stuff that was on the second day inventory and we added stuff to the inventory. A complete LIE- the inventory matches what they packed but not what they delivered. No one answers the phone EVER. Complete nightmare DO NOT USE THEM. Corporate refers you to the local location and the local location refers you to corporate- terrible customer service and just looking to scam everyone they can.
