They have kept life moving threw pandemic

Order a mounted canvas print online in the morning for same day pickup having been given a 4 hour time frame - went to this store 6 hrs later to be told it would not be ready for a day or two - no manager to speak to. The next day received an email that it was ready. Went back to store and was handed the print unmounted and told they do not have the supplies or equipment to put it on the wooden frame. Ask to speak to a manager and was told I would have to wait an hour. Asked for refund and was given a hard time and then sent to customer service - had to get a managers approval - still no refund at time of writing this - really bad.

Good / Decent Walmart. Overall, it's just too busy for social distancing and not much has been done to support social distancing so I was glad I only had to run in, pick up a site to store package and get out with doing any actual shopping.

They were quick to approach and ensure I was notified that they'd be bringing my order to my car soon. The gentleman who brought everything apologized for the delay and made sure I was clear on substitutions or out of issues. I'm a bit particular about how my groceries were handled and it was obvious to me that they were handled with care.
