Ross Dress for Less

Got 3 great sweaters and 3 camis for 45 bucks in under 20 minutes. The cashier was super friendly. Definitely a quality i appreciate on my few trips out.

Employees stuff new items behind register nothing good is ever going to be here the employees take it before customers can i watched it happen 3 times to be exactnnIve tried to return items from the store on thursday november 19th around 8pm hispanic woman pulled back hair return line very nasty attitude spoke to me and my family condescendingly i tried to return a hoodie that was valued at ross at 20$ and had a Adidas retail tag of 120$ and she told me i could've bought it at adidas and took it there to trade my 120$ for 20$ I do not know who in their right mind hired this staff,nnmanager is lovely woman but i don’t know how she can deal with these ignorant associatesnnI will be reporting back to see if anything changes in the next coming monthsnnAlso watched a staff member run in and out of the store the same night with store items while she was on the phone

Ross has reopened with social distancing guidelines. I always used to like to check their items out, so on a trip grocery shopping I had a chance to stop in the one next door. I found a pineapple cutter, some metal straws and hand odor eliminator for the usual low prices found here. I was in the store around 7 pm and the counter staff seemed overwhelmed by the line of people. All the shoppers did well in social distancing. I can't wait till they find a vaccine for COVIDEO-19. ud83dude37

Line was a little long but it took me about 5 minutes to get to thet register. I love Ross. Great Prices!
