Very clean and visually appealing layout. The chanel ladies were super nice and understanding. In a time where malls are disappearing, this is a store still worth going to.
Jill was beyond awesome! I was unsure on sizing and unaware that Nordstrom embroiders. She took care of everything and hooked me up with Naan who beautifully embroidered two shirts for me. Thank you Jill and Naan!
Hung out at the kids section. It's always a plus! Walked away with some real cute Uggs for my granddaughter @ a good price
I've really only gone to this Nordstrom for alterations but my 3 pairs of jeans turned out good so I can recommend that part of the store. You get $100 of free alterations with the Nordstrom credit card!
