Lumiere Pure Body Med Spa

Spontaneously decided I wanted to try a lip flip as an alternative to filler and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I called and they were able to see me the same day! The doctor and his assistant were so friendly and informative about the procedure and even gave me an after care goody bag. Super painless and no bruising at all, the doctor really knows what he’s doing. I will only trust Lumiere for any work I want done in the future!

The staff were so professional and incredibly kind! Much beyond that, I am so satisfied with my results. I've been heavily complimented and told how natural and beautiful my lips look. I will recommend Lumiere Med Spa to everybody I know!

About a month ago I received lip filler at lumiere. I’ve always wanted lip filler but was extremely nervous. I couldn’t me more happy that I decided to have it done. Not only did they calm my fears and put me at ease, they steered me in the right direction of how much I should get (and didn’t over do it!!!) Lips that I once hated, I now love! It’s obvious your paying for there building. It’s Beautiful! But I was very dissatisfied with my $650 service! I barely see any results!!!! They billed my credit card and additional $650.00. A week later I noticed the over payment and had to call them numerous times for my refund!!! In my experience of retail we counted our sales at the end of business day! Anything over or under we usually got disciplined!!!! How does a whole week go by and the company does not call to apologize for THEIR MISTAKE!!! And then tells you the overpayment will be refunded back to your card in 3-5 days!!!! While waiting for the refund another whole week passes, I got no phone call or my refund!!!! I had called them 3 times today and nobody answered. I left numerous messages! I then blocked my number and called them and kelly answered the phone! I was VERY ANGRY!!!! She told me they (Merideth) has called me several times and left me a voicemail! That is a lie!!! I did not receive ONE CALL FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! Ive been lied to and if not for my friend checking the balance on his credit card I believe they would have kept the over charge!!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AT THIS FIRST TIME APPOINTMENT!!!! It SURELY WILL BE THE LAST TIME!!!! I don’t see any difference between before and after procedure!!!!

The spa is gorgeous. This staff is so kind and helpful. I’ve had treatments such as HydraFacials, laser hair removal, Photofacial and Dermaplaning. Most recently Dr. Scimeca performed the “lip flip” on me. Euro threads and filler in the lips. The results are amazing. I have much fuller lips, and it looks so natural! Can’t wait to go back and try something new!
