I left here extremely unhappy. I wasn’t even ready to move out, however I spent hundreds of dollars to rent a truck and hire movers just to leave there and move into a different storage place because you raised my prices so high there are just no words for it. And the worst part is-is that I was a loyal customer. I have rented with you in the past several times over the years, had several friends and family members rent from you (never again), and I have been renting with you for the past “THREE” years... and this is how you treat a loyal customer? By raising prices so high that I was paying almost $200 a month for a box with no electricity and it wasn’t even your largest unit! “Three” years I was with you and would have been with you for probably another two... but you took advantage of a loyal customer so I took my business elsewhere and I am now paying $75 a month. Something is very wrong here! You are not a good business to do this to any customer let alone one that has rented from you several times and for so long... you should be ashamed!
I have 2 units here and I had 3 different people help me, I forgot the individual yesterday oct 7; a female but wonderful; I went back today my daughter dealt with Joe and also had a good experience and i had Joe previously and Justin all have been wonderful. Would rent from this facility anytime!
this was great. Joe was very friendly and helpfull units are clean . I would recommend this to all my friends.
Customer service was great. Chelsea was so nice and I loved my experience at this Extra Space Storage location!
