From the moment the guys walked into our house- professional and friendly. For both locations they immediately began covering the doorways to protect them as well as the hallway floors, railings and steps. They did a walkthrough of the house to cover what was going, staying and any other special instructions. They were quick, careful and just a fun crew!! All of our items were moved with care and no damage. They asked questions if they were unsure about anything throughout the day. We would recommend Hometown a million times over!! Thank you to Wayne and your crews. We appreciate everything you did and the absolute hustle.
Your Hometown Mover far exceeded my expectations. From my flat rate quote, the communication with Kate during the whole process to the crew that showed up the day of my move and the way they handled my fragile items. I was so worried to hire another company after a move that went terribly wrong years ago but because I was referred to YHM I decided to go with them for my move. They wrapped and protected my items, took apart and put together again some large tricky furniture. They were so polite and worked efficiently. I would use them again 100%.
I am disabled and needed help moving and rearranging my rooms. Hometown moving company was excellent in helping me. I believe I was quoted a fair price, they came on time and they did everything I asked them to do. They also left everything clean and in place. They are considerate, timely, and extremely careful. THAT is what you want in a moving company. You want a company that takes care of your property. I recommend them for any of your moving needs.
Our closing date got pushed back twice. They said it wasn't a problem and that it happened all the time. They would make it work. The crew was amazing! Very Polite! Very accommodating. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
