Having had a positive experience previously, Simonik Transportation was our choice of movers. Chris, the estimator, was readily available and pleasant. Cathy Balnis, Coordinator, was responsive to our questions and helpful. The moving team, Hector, Antonio, and Luis, were prompt, hard working, efficient, and experienced. We appreciated their “whatever it takes” attitude.
I thought my move had been excellent. Unfortunately during my move one of their people stole stole an artist crafted fountain. It was deliberately left off my inventory making it impossible to claim. I was refereed to arbitration which would nearly outweigh the costs of my fountain. The responses i have received from the company were minimal and the van driver did not respond to my messages.
The gentleman moving our furniture were very careful with everything and made sure things were wrapped and transported with care. They were a kind and friendly group of men. It was an easy experience and very pleasant one . Thank you so much!
Best moving company I have ever used. They took care of everything and made the whole process so easy for us. Highly recommend!
