One star. We were told to pick up and drop off at another location when done. We were supposed to pick up our 100$ deposit at the drop off. We were given the run around with attitude...finally spoke to somewhat of a human being and we were told the (cash) deposit we left will be sent to us in the form of a check....which was truly unacceptable at the time because of the Christmas and New Year holiday. You would think they would go a little beyond and try to make things right.....silly me. One star, and that is because I could not give a negative rating. Shame on them, they could have absolutely done better. Never again!

Trailer was great, service in both NJ and TN was great, and the trailer tracked behind our truck perfectly. Why three stars? The10x10 TN storage, free for one month, was unavailable because another UHaul rep rented it the weekend before. Hey, it was locked and reserved. We lost money on this deal and are unhappy. Would like a refund. How 'bout it UHaul ... are you listening?

I arrived there but one day ago,to pick up my 10ft box truck for a 4-hr rental. That's when I met Brian.nnThis man was handling returns, pickups, inventory, document processing, trucks stuck in the muddied, cold earth- all with tact, all with a smile, all with a cool, collected grace; he was the Jack Bauer of U-Haul.nnHe held an appreciated eye to his vehicle inspection as a seasoned clock-maker to his craft. His words felt like flowers. It is no small joy to see a man in his element, whatever his expertise. There simply was no stopping him, nor sullying his calm- for this river ran deep indeed. There was no bottom, no blacker dark- like the inside of a coffin on a moonless night.nnI saw a man set upon his own well-guided way and found myself transfixed. I saw the glimmer of a comet's tail. I saw Brian.nnThey have good deals on boxes, too. I think you can even return what you don't use, so there's that.

Going to try them out for propane. My gas company is getting expensive and they come too frequent. I know were not using that much propane.. Time will tell with me doing this.. But im pretty sure im right.
