Attention everyone please don't use PODS. There not professional. The customer service team doesn't know what to do. Apparently there are no supervisors, managers or personnel at corporate. I've had the worst experience. It's been almost 4 weeks since I've tried to get my pod delivered of all of my belongings. Was told countless times that they don't know we're my container is, was told it was lost and someone would call me. No one ever did of course. I was never credited and even charged twice for drop off when I was told that they would wave the delivery fee. On December 1st I had to call because my container never showed up. Not once did anyone get me any help after being on the phone on hold and transferred 7 times. Today December 2 received a call from a recording letting me know that it will arrive tomorrow. Looked at my bank account and was charged again for delivery. This company used to be amazing and now look at them. I was just charge for another month of storage and now they said they have my contain it's a little fishy if I do say so myself. I even have a business account and they f,,,,that up to. PODS I spent over a $1000 dollars for what piece of mind . I don't think so. How would you feel if someone kept taking your money and then told they lost / don't have your belongings. My rating is a negative 10. This was one of the worst experience and not one manger or hirer up reached out to me regarding all of my issues. ud83eudd2cud83dude20ud83dude24ud83dude21

Now that I’m seeing the incredibly low reviews, I should have known better. The national company was great to work with, but this location lied to us twice. They promised pick up in the morning due to us closing on the house and still have not picked the item up. Once transferred to a manager at the national level, they were also completely unhelpful and said it was ultimately the decision of this location. This is why I’m leaving a review for this specific location. If you’re in NJ and thinking about using this location, save yourself the headache. The local manager at the store is completely inept and is unable to keep promises...and just lies. Stay away.

DO NOT USE PODS!!! I should have read the reviews before scheduling them. I had scheduled a POD to be dropped off and picked up the next day due to the fact that I live in the middle of the city. Everything was going fine and they sent me an early delivery window of 7-10am. I scheduled movers to come at 11am. The next day they changed the window to 12-3pm. The movers were very nice and moved their schedule around me. At 5pm no one showed up still. My movers went home after I had to pay them in full. I talked to numerous customer service representatives and no one could get in contact with the delivery drivers or tell me where my POD was. I now have no idea how I am going to move out of my apartment before the next tenants move in.

The company Failed to schedule the delivery of our pod. If you plan on doing business I’d call in multiple times to double and triple check to make sure they do their job correctly.

I ordered a pod from the Hainesport NJ location two weeks ago. The delivery date was for Saturday October 24th with a delivery window from 12:15 and 3:15pm. Which was confirmed by a sent email and text. An hour after my promised window there was no call, no show and NO POD.nNO ONE bother to communicate regarding the promised POD which had not been delivered .nI scheduled movers and rented a truck revolving around the delivery of this fitctious pod. I had to call was told that since it was past 3:00 pm the office in Hainesport was closed. There was no way to contact dispatch or the driver. I was told to call in an hour. And this went on for a couple of times. My past attempt was at 6:15 pm and was told nothing could be done till Monday.nThis is fraudulent type of behavior. Not only did I schedule this delivery but now your company are costing me more for movers sitting around not moving and a truck hour past my allowed time. I am making many calls and emails all i got were excuses and no information when my pod was coming .So after extra expenses on the moving truck and movers i DID NOT RECEIVE MY POD DELIVERED ON THE DATE I WAS PROMISED AND SCHEDULE. No phone calls from anyone now i have all my furniture and boxes still sitting in a truck i am renting every day.So i am losing money everyday till i get this Problem resolved. I am totally disgusted with this experience.
