I had the good fortune of getting a massage by Jenna last week and it was awesome !! Jenna asked me pertinent questions about my physical activities and listened to me with regard to areas I needed to massage.nI had a great experience and will be doing this on a monthly basis. Yay me !nI highly recommend her, especially if you are like me.... a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. ;)

Jenna is an amazing woman who is an experienced and knowledgeable therapist. She knows bodywork which makes her highly skilled at her craft. She was very accommodating with my father, who was recovering from knee surgery. I highly recommend JAQED Fitness Spa!

Hands down the best massage I have ever had!!!!! Jenna accommodated my multitude of injuries and ensured I was comfortable throughout the whole massage.
