Michele my masseur was wonderful. The woman at the front desk was rude. The ATM did not work so she got an attitude with me like it was my fault? I tipped my girl with cash, but was unaware I needed cash for tax and did not have it. The front desk woman will be the reason I do not return.

It was the second time there for my wife and I, and we're definitely gonna go back some more.nnI'm not sure why people said the receptionist was rude, she was very welcoming to us & gladly took the Groupon I mentioned when on the phone with her two days prior.nnThe sweedish massage was heavenly and Amy's hands are so soft and smooth. I loved how attentive she was to where I had the most tension (without me saying where) behind my left shoulder, lower back, and my calves. My wife said Owen did a good job too, but she thinks she what she really needs is a deep tissue massage, and that might benefit her more (Owen even suggested it after starting the massage and feeling how tense her back was).nnCan't wait to go back, and I really hope I always get Amy!

Was here today and here a few times before and all I have to tell you is that you have to go. People are so pleasant and you get a real true authentic massage. You can always ask the degree of how you want your massage to be (deep, medium, or soft). The facility is clean and with soft authentic Asian music, it puts you in a nice meditation like state. Rates are reasonable and at times that have discount rates. When you have a tensed stressed week of work, a nice massage in a peaceful climate is a great thing to do something for you.

Bought my wife a massage and facial for her birthday. Facial went well. Massage was horrifying. The minimally fluent masseuse spent an inordinate amount of time massaging the butt, getting way down in all the cracks, including deeply tucking the sheet repeatedly way under fabric, going well beyond necessity. Repeatedly put his fingers in ears (I've never heard of this 'technique' before). When it was all done he then charged my wife an additional $15 for a 'sweedish' massage. He did not ask her if she wanted that, or advise her he was going to charge extra, just performed his 'service' and requested payment. Doesn't sound legit to me. My wife was horrified and embarrassed.
