Ada is an awesome esthetician!! I love how she does my eyebrows and she gives a wonderful facial. I felt very safe during the process. The staff is following COVID 19 requirements from start to finish.. Thank you

Another wonderful experience at Toppers in Marlton, NJ. All employees are so pleasant, take great measures to maintain protocol for Covid and certainly do an outstanding job with making me look like a million bucks! John Olleck master colorist and stylist never disappoints. Thank you Toppers

Splurged to get myself a 110 minute massage which unfortunately did not go well. I was credited for another and then covid struck. The spa re-opened and can only do 50 minute massages right now. We split the massage into two on separate days as I get them for back injuries and could not wait indefinitely. The manager, Lauren, was very nice to work with and so were the front desk staff. They are implenting strict covid measures. My masseuse Tracy was amazing! She has a wonderful attitude and was very helpful with additional suggestions for me. I had her first for a Just Chill and then for a Cure the second time and while the Just Chill was fine, she really shines getting to work on your specific issues in the Cure! I was very turned off by the spa here after my first experience by Tracy really turned that experience around for me.

Love the spa here. Great atmosphere! Feels like a mini oasis right next to home!

Sad to say but Toppers is no longer my fav. I used to LOVE to go there. Their masseuses were all fantastic and the facility was immaculate and truly relaxing. My husband and I went yesterday and we both agreed our experience was not as great as times before, or the cost of service. In the women's locker room, for example, both the bathrooms had toilet paper all over the floor. I believe one shower stall was broken and the other was overflowing with dirty towels. THe showerhead looked like it was rigged up on the wall and water stream was shooting out in all directions (broken), and the water itself was LUKE WARM. Neither of us could take a shower, but just quickly wash off. While my masseuse was relatively good, she barely touched my legs and just seemed slightly wary of the human body. Perhaps wrong profession? Though she was very caring and concerned when it came to my comfort and did a great job other than that. The music turned off half way through, leaving the room awkwardly quiet. And my husband's masseuse didn't stop talking, which made his experience not very relaxing. We really hope Toppers improves their services because it would be a great disappointment to see it go downhill.
