Sinclair Moving & Storage

i have moved more times than I care to remember and never have I experienced a team quite like Sinclair. Their professionalism, care, speed, and communication was second to none. They moved our furniture like it was their own. They kept both the move out home and the move in home clean as it was before they came. I must also note that the day of the move out the weather was horrible and they carefully protected all our furniture from the elements.nI would highly recommend them for all the reasons one would look for. value vs price, timeliness, protection of goods and friendliness. Clearly they set the bar for moving! Well done, Sinclair!

I paid for a five man move & only 4 actually worked the moves, the 5th man sat in the truck during the entire front move & the entire delivery loadout. Several pieces were broken including well packaged China & personal figurines that can not be replaced along with a computer desk & cabinet shelves. Overall, the move was completed in a timely fashion and acceptable average job.

Ive utilized this moving company for various moves for my job. They are great. Nothing but good things to say about them. They are on time, experienced and friendly. Very helpful in every aspect. They have made every move an easy transition. I will always use them. Thanks for everything.

The only reason why I am giving 2 stars is because of the driver Garrardo. He is the only reason why I stayed sane in this whole process. I was told that my shipment is arriving 4 days after the date I was emailed saying it would arrive. It seemed like they had no sympathy for my shipment being late and didn’t understand that I would be starting a new job and wouldn’t be available to accept my things at that later date. I tried multiple times to resolve this by calling the office and I was getting beat around the bush, they hung up and said they would call me back. 2 Hours pass and I here nothing so I call again. A gentleman answers, I explain to him my situation and he just says “oh well I can’t help you and the people you were talking with before are on lunch break, I will make sure they call you back”. 4 hours pass no return phone call. So I call back again and they said they can’t talk to me I have to go through my military POC, Although my POC is the one who gave me the companies number and I had talked with them earlier about what was going on and they told me they would call me back! So I get hung up on again saying there isn’t anything they can do. They did not want to deal with me. I had briefly talked to the driver earlier that day about the situation and he understood and told me he would try to make something work. So after being told by the office there isn’t anything they can do, I decided to call the driver again. (This all happened the day my things were supposed to get here “Monday”) I get on the phone with driver and he tells me that he will have my stuff at my new place in the morning Tuesday. If it wasn’t for the driver being so productive and caring he could have just listened to his office and held my stuff until Thursday. I believe he took it upon himself and called the owner of the company and told him what was going on and came up with a plan to bring my stuff to me on that Tuesday morning. Sure enough 07:30 he is here with my things. So thank you to the two of you. The office on the other hand needs to do some customer service training or something along the lines of that.
