Sold my mom a used refrigerator. She went to register it, but was given no paperwork, and found out it was already registered to someone in another state. This company has been awful to her ever since (4 months) he keeps saying a new one is coming but still nothing. He becomes belligerent when trying to speak to him. After talking with others, turns out it’s just how they do business! Awful company!!

Phenomenal customer service down to the guys that loaded my washer and dryer in my pickup at the warehouse! Definitely recommend for all your home appliance needs!

Life savers! Had a freezer go out today with a side of beef in it and live 2 hours away and after calling every appliance store in Minot and Williston to no avail they called back and said they had one in warehouse and stayed late till we could get there to pick it up!

The only thing distinguishing home stores versus buying online is customer service. I've been here multiple times and have been unimpressed. The last time I walked in there to buy a replacement lint trap for our new dryer. I wanted to buy online, but my husband insisted to go to the store where he bought the dryer. There was one couple looking at washers and both employees were attending to them. I walked in, was not greeted by either employee, even though the saw me because I walked 2 feet away from them. I stood at the desk for 10 minutes while they both were just chatting with the couple. The phone rang and one employee came over and answered, I was standing within 2 feet of him. He then ignored me again and told the other couple to come check out. Even the couple told him to help me because they were still looking and anyone could see how rude both employees were acting. The lady even made a comment to me about it.nSorry, but this business can't compete with Sears or Amazon in the first place. And they don't even have the redeeming customer service.
