Can I give 0 stars because that’s what they deserve. My husband rented and loaded a truck after I rented a unit yesterday. The lease clearly has the unit number with the start date of 9/26/20. It states paid through 10/25/20. Upon arrival to the facility there is a pad lock on the unit number I was given. There is nobody to call on a Sunday so we are screwed.
My in laws recommended this storage and I made the right choice switching to Haddon from a nearby facility. Haddon Storage of Ocean City, best storage I ever had and I love the employees, THEY ARE SOOO NICE AND EFFICIENT! I Highly recommend them!
Uhhh, ahmazing. There is 24hr access and their current special of 9.99$ first month is really 20$. Via card only yet you dont have to buy the lock
Couldn't ask for a better experience being from out of town and needing something quickly to store my stuff. The manager Tara meet me after office hours on a Sunday bc it was the only day I was going to be in town while working on my move. Highly recommend. Safe, clean and friendly manager.
Under new ownership, Tara is no longer there. There is a very unprofessional and aggressive woman running the office. Very difficult to deal with and would now NOT recommend this storage place since it's changed hands a few months ago. Beware.
