Uhaul online wasn't cooperating so i drove in to ask about available storage units. I was happy to find out that a unit had opened up. The staff were extremely helpful and promptly handled the paperwork. They then escorted me out to my unit. Couldn't ask for more!

I had a reservation for the vehicle I wanted to rent. I waited in line socially distant. When it was my turn the representative took a man who had been outside and claimed he was already working with. I told him I had a reservation and was under a time constraint. The man started saying things about how he would loose a lot of money and he needed to deal with this first- before me. He said other rude things that implied that I was not seeing things his way. The store representative supported this man and seemed to concur with his offensive behavior. I am not sure if these two men treat people like this all the time or if this encounter with me was an isolated incident. Either way I found it offensive and not consistent with the excellent service I have had at the English Creek office. I will not go there again.
