Rock Spa & Salon

My boyfriend and I went to the rock spa this weekend for my birthday and it was incredible. From start to finish it was absolutely amazing. We got pedicures and massages. And we also enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and showers afterwards. I would highly recommend!!! Worth every penny.

The locker room attendant guy, I think his name was Jim, was a bit rush. He did not show me the amenities. Once I changed into a rope, he just took me to the waiting area without taking his time. After the massage, I had no idea where things were and had to ask around.nnMy masseuse was great. She was friendly, polite and did an excellent job. I left additional tip even though the already charged 18% service fee.nnI have to give this place 3 stars because both hot tubs were dirty. You can see dirt stain on the aluminum railing when walking into the main tub. The smaller tub has dirt scum along the wall. To be honest, it grossed me out so much I had to leave the place.

My wife and I went to the Rock Spa over Thanksgiving. It was very good for the price, day pass was $25 for a week day. The staff was friendly and attentive. It took a little while for the steam room and sauna to get as hot as we like it. Sauna and steam rooms aren't co-ed but the hot tub relaxation area are. Everything was clean, the lockers are secure, they provided very nice robes and slides for hanging out in. We will absolutely be back next time we're at the Hard Rock.

My wife set up a spa day for the both of us to do together. The staff was friendly. Kenneth was very helpful in showing where are certain things at and what to do. Very informative. My wife and I did the swedish massage, Sandy was very good. Experience was A plus.
