Always a great service and professional staff.

At one time, this was the best spa locally. It's still well kept but... you must go to certain clinicians. Always had a great facial with Colleen but the last time had someone else who was not proficient.

Asked for deep tissue with strong hands.nShe had a cramp 10 mins into a 90 minute session...nAsked for another therapist, nothing..

The spa was beautiful and the people were very nice. However I give it 1 star because the quality of my manicure in comparison to the price is ridiculous. I spent over $100 for a set of acrylics that broke off within 2 weeks and the white nail polish actually turned brown. I went and got a brand new set of GEL acrylics at my local nail salon for a total of $35 dollars that were a million times more professional looking and stronger. I am extremely disappointed in the Borgata salon.

I Had a prenatal massage with Brittney. I must say not only was she the sweetest and friendliest therapist I have ever had, but she was certainly an expert. It was the most perfect massage I’ve ever received. I will definitely be making all of my appointments with her from now on!! Keep up the good work Brittney and I hope to see you again soon.
