Very easy, the no contact process obtaining a storage unit went very well. Every thing was waiting for me at my unit when I arrived. Looks like a nice clean facility and friendly staff. So far so good, very pleased.
This initial sign-up experience was easy and painless. Their representative understood, and was sensitized to, what the temporary storage customer is seeking. We want easy access, adequate security measures and a fair price. CubeSmart had it all!
Clean well maintained facility with a friendly staff. Despite proximity to beach, never had mold or moisture problems in their Climate Controlled units. A well graded property that never floods.
Customer service was top notch. Called after another self storage facility rented the storage unit I had reserved just about an hour before. CubeSmart was able to get me a storage unit within minutes. I arrived at the facility and was treated excellent. Not many places will extend a handshake these days, but Lou showed me it does still exist. Lou was very informative and answered all my questions. Very clean office, facility and unit. I would highly recommend this facility.
No complaints, due Covid-19 there was no face to face interaction only over the phone and online, the online process was easy.
