I'll tell you what, this was the easiest, least painful experience I've ever been through. I had to move labor day morning ( long story). I was about to cry cuz I had nowhere to put my stuff. Extra space let me rent the unit online with just a few electronic sign documents, and I moved in within the hour. Thank you extra space storage so much for making this experience a little bit easier and a little bit nicer. I recommend this place to absolutely everyone.
Heather Carman from Egg Harbor Twp store provided us with her amazing customer service skills. She greeted us as soon as my husband and I entered the store. Although they did not have what we were looking for at the time, Heather took down my information and told me that she would contact me if anything popped up. Today when I called she remembered me and found me an amazing deal. I will always go through Extra Space due to the kindness that Heather displayed.
This property is gorgeous. They really seem to care about their appearance and it shows. It looks like the landscaping is professional and is always clean. The managers here a very professional and attentive. Highly recommend!!
Used this storage several years ago for about 4 months. Very clean. Good access from your vehicle to indoor unit. Helpful if you need your lock cut off. First month was free.
