We had OCE do our move. The first thing is how easy the office and Kim were always willing to help. The gentlemen who came to the house were friendly, quick and neat. This was difficult on us moving at our age and all the stuff but we felt so confident as the packing of the truck and the careful handling of our treasures made all good Regina Cappuccio and Deb Reilly
Let me save you some time and money searching for a moving company, BOOK NOW. These guys are awesome. Showed up 20 minutes early! Who does that these days. I requested a smaller truck since the road in my yard is tricky and won't allow a full sized truck. No problem for them. (Other companies said they didn't have a smaller truck and I'd have to pay additional $ for them to rent one) They worked really hard. Took a long time to get my very heavy, flimsy king mattress down the stairs and loaded in the truck. Although they were very fast they still went over the 3 hour time limit, but were upfront with the cost of over time from the beginning. the perfect moving experience, which if I did it alone could have been a terrifying experience, they made it simple, allowing me to focus on all my real issues, like electric cable gas etc... on the phone the whole day while they moved my stuff.
Tried to contact them about lost items; no response. It's been two months. They missed an entire bedroom and as a result, I lost many items, including a laptop .
