Great rental store and customer services , walked in the store looking for a bike ud83dudeb2 rack where Dan helped me out by showing me the available options they offered. He was also very helpful and showed me which he recommended and they installed my hitch at a very reasonable price. Definitely coming back if I ever need any of there services again . A+
Amazing how the place has changed. It's now bright, clean, and modern with touches of nostalgia here and there. The staff went out of their way to help me with the rental trailer, and I was surprisingly in and out quickly.
Place was great for a propane tank. In and out with a reasonable price and great service.
Always have a good experience at this U-haul, seems like corporate issues are weighing down on your local listing. You should flag that issue with corporate.
I had the truck for one night, and we only used it to move boxes and clothes for the house move. Next day, we put more gas than they gave us before turning it in, and the guy who checked in the truck looked at the cab and the inside thoroughly, before I paid the final bill and shook hands. Two days later they hit us with a BOGUS cleaning fee of about $22, when the truck was returned in the same condition. These people are THIEVES, DO NOT RENT from these con artists. ONE STAR, because the truck got the job done!!!
