At first I thought that the woman who helped me was amazing. She asked how many death certificate I needed (2) and told me how everything would go. I live in California so this was all over the phone. My father passed in October with legalities I should have received his ashes in February and someone “forgot” to send him. I did not receive his ashes until MAY! Then the person who helped me is now saying no certificates are included. In the state of California it cost us!600-$900 for cremation on 2 separate occasions and included 2 certificates. This place it cost $1300, now no certificates and a massive headache.
I love Lorettas compassion! Was at my home within 15 minutes of receiving the call from hospice. Thank you.
